We make every effort to send you the same dedicated cleaner on recurring visits. This means your cleaner learns your home, your preferences, and your standards β€” so the service improves over time. If your regular cleaner is unavailable, we'll notify you in advance and send a fully trained replacement.
Not at all β€” most of our clients aren't home during their clean. Many leave a key, use a lockbox, or arrange building access. You come home to a sparkling clean space without any disruption to your day. That said, you're always welcome to be home if you prefer.

Yes, when we have availability. Call us at (201) 928-5166 early in the day and we'll let you know if we can get someone out same day. We recommend booking 24-48 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred time slot, especially for weekends.
We ask for 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling β€” no penalty with advance notice. We understand life happens, so we're flexible. Last-minute cancellations (under 24 hours) may be subject to a small cancellation fee, but we'll always work with you to find a solution.
Absolutely β€” and it's our most popular option. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring plans. Recurring clients get the same dedicated cleaner, priority scheduling, and discounted rates. Once you're on a plan, you never have to think about it β€” we just show up and your home stays consistently clean.
We operate Monday through Saturday, 8am to 6pm. Weekend appointments are available and book up quickly, so we recommend scheduling ahead for Saturday slots. We do not currently offer Sunday service.

Supplies & Process

Yes β€” all eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products and professional equipment are included with every cleaning. You don't need to provide or buy anything. Our products are safe for children, pets, and people with allergies or chemical sensitivities.
Yes β€” this is a priority for us. We use non-toxic, eco-friendly products that are safe for children, pets, and people with sensitivities or allergies. We never use harsh chemical disinfectants that leave dangerous residues. If you have specific product requirements or allergies, just let us know when you book.
A standard clean covers all the regular maintenance areas: kitchen counters, bathroom scrubbing, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and trash. A deep clean goes much further β€” inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, grout lines, cabinet faces, behind and under furniture, window tracks, and detailed baseboard cleaning. We recommend a deep clean for first-time clients or homes that haven't been professionally cleaned recently.
It depends on the size of your home and the type of service. A standard clean for a 2-bedroom apartment typically takes 2-3 hours. A deep clean for the same home might take 4-5 hours. Move-in/move-out cleans and post-construction cleans can take longer. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.
